Leisure Apprenticeship Tutor/Assessor – Manchester / Cheshire / Merseyside

FLM Training, is a growing training company built on quality, and due to the dynamic growth and success, we have an excellent opportunity for a Tutor/Assessor to join our established team to deliver Sport & Leisure Apprenticeships across the North West.
Ideally, you’ll be based in Manchester to ensure easy access to your caseload of learners. The salary for this role is £23k + Bonus’s and is dependent on previous qualifications and experience.
THE ROLE:
- Manage a caseload of learners
- Assess and deliver Apprenticeship Standards in the occupational area Sport, Fitness & Leisure, specifically the new Leisure Team Member Apprenticeship Standard
- Identify training needs of learners
- Deliver appropriate training in accordance to Apprenticeship Standards
- Support, mentor and coach learners through their chosen qualification
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- One of the following assessor qualifications: D32/33; A1; Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment; Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement.
- Teaching Qualification
- A background in working within Leisure, Leisure Centre’s and Gyms
- L3 Personal Trainer, Leisure Duty Manager Qualifications or Leisure Team Member
- Full UK/EU driving license
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Excellent communication skills
- Competency in using IT applications
